This cut comes from the upper loin with little or no tenderloin sections. It is the caps or the “ends” of the loin. Our End Chops have less of a fat cap compared to the loin chops and will have varied meat sections in contrast to the loin chops. Delicious in flavor, and great on a grill, it will not disappoint!
